4. Delivery Times

  • Evri: Delivery times vary depending on the service selected. Most standard deliveries arrive within 2-5 working days, while tracked services may take up to 3-5 working days.
  • Royal Mail: Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days for standard delivery or 1-2 working days for tracked options, depending on the service chosen.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, such as holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can use this to track the status of your shipment via Evri or Royal Mail's tracking services.

6. Lost or Damaged Items In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and ensure a resolution is reached.
